I just thought I'd put down my experience using ThinOptics reading glasses over the last 6 months.
I am definitely ompressed by these glasses. Fro mthe start I knew I'd made the right decision. The wide lens sharpens everything in my fields of view allowing me to see without moving my head around all the time.
After six months the glasses are as good as new. No scratches. I've had to bend them back into shape a few times if they've been treated roughly and they're fine after that. The hinge lost its metal part once but was fine after i put it back in.
Very satisfied.

5* product. These glasses are perfect for all my needs and so convenient attached to my mobile phone. The company's customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend this company and the glasses they sell.

My glasses was broken. I ask for a replacement one, when I was in Miami - USA. The package never arrived, and I had to fly to Lyon -France, at my daughter house. I asked you to send the glasses there, and I received it finally. I'm very glad for it. Thanks !!!

I have been a long time customer of Thin Optics and use 3 different versions of their readers on a regular basis. Aside from having an excellent product, much better than other similar readers, their customer service has been great! Especially Miguel, one of their Customer Excellence Operations Senior Leads!

How to Clean my lenses properly.

I recently had found a way to ask questions in your web page about mu lenses. I have had many sets of glasses and have grown with Thinoptics for at least 5 yrs. Many b improvements have been made to the lenses but one problems I have experienced has been scratched lenses. I made inquiry if there was anyway to remove scratches off the lenses. I got response faster then I was expecting. Ian reached and advised as to how to clean my lenses and basically just air dry them and not use my clothing as in my t-shirt to dry or clean them. I will take this advise from now on. Then said he would replace my lenses at no cost!! Wow!!! Certainly restored my faith in Thinoptics. Thank you very much Ian.

I received excellent customer service when I notified company of faulty case when product had only been used twice. Case was replaced.
Love the concept and the product.

I’m so pleased with my readers. As a man I’m a person who doesn’t like carrying bulky things in my packets so I just attached them to back of my case phone and I’m ready to go. Although my phone can be charged wireless I preferred not to use that feature and instead have my slim packets.

ThinOptics has one of the best customer service teams I have ever experienced. Not only does the company stand by their product and guarantee, but they also respond quickly to their customer's concerns and go beyond my expectations.
